I have brought my 2012 Sonata Hybrid in twice for maintenance and 2 other times for slight issues that have occurred. My last visit was on 19 July 2012. I've only dealt with Vince and he's so pleasant and always has a smile on his face. He answers any questions I may have and makes sure that I am comfortable while I wait. My car is taken care of as soon as possible and Vince gets me in and out of there quickly.
Thank you Vince for making my service appointments quick and painless.

Best service I have EVER had at a dealership. Vince made me feel welcomed and took care of me immediately. I had an 11:30 appointment and drove away at 12:30. Not bad for a dealer. No pressure to sell me anything else. I have two Elantras, a 2011 and a 2012 and plan to bring the other one in for service tomorrow.
It would be nice if they vaccumed out the inside. Just a suggestion.

wife convinced me to go to the dealership to get my car serviced. I told her I
would prefer to go somewhere else since the dealership is always more expensive.
She told me that Keffer price matches competitor’s coupons. So I went to get an
oil change with my coupon. She told me to ask for Vince and now I know why. He
was nice and honest. Because he was such a good service advisor I will always
come back to get his excellent service!

I live in Concord but I drive to Keffer in Charlotte every time my car needs service.
This is because Vince is so great! He provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond every time. I always walk in and out with a smile.
It's easy to go somewhere else when you need an oil change but I prefer to deal with Vince because he is always honest and takes care of me.

Vince asked if I had ever brought my car in for service at Keffer Hyundai before and I told him once when I needed a key copied for my Hyundai and that's why I came back. I was as impressed with the service I received today as I was the first time I came in. Vince was probably the best service advisor I've met.

When I forgot to get my Santa Fe inspected, Vince got me in for an inspection 10 minutes after I called him just before they closed. That is service!! Vince wins my review award----Ron McMorris

Excellent service experience at Keffer Hyundai. It was great working with Vince Deloreto, he was very helpful and had answers to all of my questions. Looking forward to my next service appointment.

I pulled into the service department tonight at 6:10pm not expecting to have my car fixed but Vince asked me if I could wait a few minutes to see if some of the cars in the service bay would be fininshed in time for them to still be able to look at my car. I was happy to wait. I waited about 20 minutes and Vince came and said they did have time to look at my car. After about 15mins he reported to me that I needed a new wiper washer pump. I asked if my warranty would cover the repair and he went and looked it up and said it would be covered. They repaired my pump and I was out and on my way in about 20 minutes.
I can't tell you how accommodating Vince was and he never made me feel like an imposition. This is not the first time he has waited on me and he has always been honest, courteous and nice.
Please be sure to pass my appreciation on to the service tech that stayed and fixed my car.
I love Keffer Hyundai and will one day be returning to trade in my wonderful Sonata for another one.
Thank you Vince and thank you Keffer Hyundai.

I would like to thank Vince for his outstanding and professional demeanor. His dedication to customer service is greatly appreciated. His can-do attitude, toward my vehicle problems, makes my frustration an easier pill to swallow. Knowing that Vince will make sure that my vehicle is fixed properly is reassuring. Thanks to Vince, I will continue to be a Keffer Hyundai customer and, in the future, will probably purchase my new vehicle at Keffer Hyundai.
