I just got my 2nd Genesis from Keffer Hyundai. I love this car and I love this dealership. Rick Spicer was my awesome sales rep for the 2nd time and Glenn Hildreth is one of the most helpful managers I have ever encountered! The two of them made this such a wonderful experience..which is want you want when you are buying a dream car. Honestly...they treat me & my husband like family every time we walk through the door of the dealership. I would recommend that any one who is looking for a new or used car of any kind...first consider looking at Keffer Hyundai. You will not need to waste your time anywhere else. These cars drive and handle like top of the line luxury cars with a fraction of the cost. Do yourself a favor and buy a Hyundai from Keffer....

Wow! This is what comes to mind whenever I think about my new Genesis and about my experiences at Keffer Hyundai. We were quite impressed with the care and professionalism of Rick Spicer.  He answered questions patiently and promptly.  He was mindful of our time as well as the financial aspect of the transaction.  We bought a car in 2007 from Rick and  returned when it was time to replace our second vehicle in 2009.  We had recommended him to several friends since then.

At age 74 I have bought SEVEN Lexus cars and they are great cars! For months I had seen the Hyundai GENESIS around town and when possible I asked the owner how they liked it. It was UNANIMOUS that all loved the GENESIS so I decided to do a test drive and I was HOOKED! Rick Spicer and Glenn Hildreth made it so easy to do business and I traded in my 2003 Lexus 430LS with only 68,800 miles! The GENESIS has rejuvenated me! I LOVE IT! It has many features not found in other luxury cars. The LEXICON sound system is FAR superior to the Levinson system in Lexus cars! KEFFER HYUNDAI leads all local Hyundai dealers in sales and service--RIGHTFULLY SO.I experienced ZERO pressure in buying and highly recomend anyone look at GENESIS if they want the finest in a LUXURY  car at a most reasonable price.

We just bought our second Hyundai from Rick Spicer at Keffer Hyundai.  Rick is really a pleasure to work with.  He helped us get us exactly what we wanted and with no sales pressure at all.  We are pleased with the rest of the team at Keffer.  The car is a great value and we are pleased with the price we paid.  We would certainly visit Keffer Hyundai first and ask for Rick. 

I was in the market for a new car for 3 months and went 2 many dealers in Charlotte trying to decide on the vehicle that best suited me. In the end I chose a Hyundai because I was very impressed with their models, pricing and level of service. Jeff test drove a vehicle with me and I went home to consider. 

I was under no pressure and yet I felt taken care of which allowed me to make a great decision with the help of Ricks and JB'S knowledge when the time came to purchase which took less then an hour, my friend was amazed and said he had never seen anyone buy a car in such a short time, they never had me waiting on them and took care of eveything I needed or any questions I had.
