I was disappointed with how I was treated with my car buying experience with him this time. I felt as though I could have been treated just a little better than I was. My actual salesman Phil Robbins was awesome. This was the second car I purchased from Keffer. And I felt as thought it could have went quicker than two days.

My husband and I went to Keffer Hyundai not knowing if I wanted to acquire a Hyundai.  I was up front informing the Salesman that I was looking at several cars of different make.  I was lucky to have such a wonderful Salesman with Ken Holt.  He listened to my wishes and took me on a test drive.  He was very friendly and informative and never pushy.  Two days later, I called him to inform him that I had decided to acquire a Hyundai.  He made sure I got the right car and went out of his way to find me the car I wanted.  Also, Ken introduced me to Linda, one of their service manager, to make sure I knew who to contact for service.  Without a doubt, this has been the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership.  If you ever in the need of a car, I would encourage you to visit Keffer Hyundai and ask for Ken Holt.  He was wonderful.

I would like to Thank Luke, Davian, and Seth for all the hard work and the expierence this weekend. They were so helpful in the process of buying a car I purchased 2 and it was the best buying expierence I ever had buying cars. They made it easy and they are all so friendly. I can honestly say they  have a customer for life.
