This is our first visit to a Hyundai dealership. We knew little to nothing about the Hyuandai vehicles other than what we read about.  We spent about an hour and a half with Jimmy Knox and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about all of the Hyundai products.  He took as much time as necessary and answered all of our questions with the utmost courtesy and patience.  If we do decide to purchase a Hyundai vehicle we only deal with Jimmy Knox.

WE WERE JUST LOOKING FOR CARS WHEN WE CAME IN. BUT, JIMMY KNOX DID SUCH A GOOD JOB OF SHOWING US THE TWO VEHICLES WE WERE INTERESTED IN THAT WE BOUGHT A 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA. WE PLAN TO SEE JIMMY REALLY SOON TO PURCHASE A SANTAFE. GLENN HILDRETH AND LUKE FUSCO ALSO HELPED GREATLY. WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH KEFFER HYUNDAI. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Today, I accompanied a friend who recently purchased a 2009 Accent from Keffer. Drove all the way from Raleigh. Jimmy Knox is an excellent Sales Rep. The way he accommodated my friend's questions and her requests for copies of the paperwork, etc. Everybody we met were so friendly, helpful, welcoming - cheers to the 2 ladies who sit in the front lobby (sorry didn't exchange names). I am a VW fan all the way but this experience made me consider trading in my 2012 GTI for a fully loaded 2012 Genesis Coupe.

That is until we met with the Finance Manager. What an asshole!!! He acted as if he was in a hurry and was being put out by us being in his office. Requests for copies of  paperwork were met with irritation and paging Jimmy over the intercom to come to the office to make the copies for the Finance Manager. What a wanker!!! If I have to deal with this guy at Keffer Hyundai, then I would rather go to another dealership.

Overall though the team at Keffer were very professional, friendly accommodating - try to avoid the Finance guy if you can!

It was a great pleasure working with Jimmy Knox. I found him to be quite knowledgeable of the Hyundai product. I came to look at a Veloster. However, they did not have any. As Jimmy Knox found out the size of my family, he was able to come up with a nice black Hyundai Sonata to fit my family's needs. I will buy all future cars from Jimmy Knox at Keffer Hyundai.

This my first Hyundia car and I hope to enjoy the handling of the vehicle.  This is  a 2010 Elantra, I was somewhat pleased with sales, however, I will see how everything work out.  Maybe in the future I will purchase another car.  Sales  Person Jimmy knox, Sherrell was very helpful.   Thank you Sean Chaffin.

We recently purchased a new 2011 Genesis Coupe from the Keffer Hyundai dealership in Matthews. Our sales representative, Jimmy Knox, was terrific and treated us very fairly. He was relatively new, but work hard to earn our business and did an excellent job for us. I would definitely recommend Jimmy and the Matthews Keffer Hyundai dealership.

Prior to my visit, I emailed with Jimmy a few times about what I was looking for. Jimmy sounded great via email and I scheduled a time to meet with him. He was very helpful and respectable. Great sales person and all around great guy. Very pleased and will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.

July 4th weekend I was out to buy a car  and driving across independence blvd I decided to stop at KefferHyundai. I was a very please with the service. Jimmy was great. He was very professional, friendly and patient. I told him what I wanted and my price range and he stayed within that range. It must of took 4hrs for me to make a descision and entire he was very pleasant and patient. He made me feel like he valued my business and that I was only one that mattered at the present time and that meant a lot to me.

Well I don't know where to begin, it started about a month ago, not knowing  where to go, I Google, Hyundai dealers in Charlotte got your site. I needed to get a reliable car for my daughter Becki, She had a Hyundai which has been good to us for the pass 4 years.I wanted to stay with the same brand of car. I did contact other dealers in the area, but your sales rep. Jimmy Knox shined, over all the rest of the sales reps. that had responded back to me. Not knowing he had only been with Keffer Hyundai for a short time before us buying Becki's car, he made the dealing  smother than any other sale person that I ever had to deal with and  there was no BS. I have bought about 7 vehicles in the pass. Being out of state I never thought I was ever taking advantage of. Every need or question that I had was answered or complied with. Being in Connecticut, and my daughter going to school in Charlotte, It's nice to know that Keffer Hyundai strives for excellence and I can count on a dealership to take care of her car needs. That takes a lot of worries away for my wife and I. I loved how your team at Keffer works together as one,  working in service all my life I know how important that is. Well I was very impressed with Jimmy Knox. I been talking with him for about a month on my situation. He was not pushy, he was pleasant and very informative on any questions that I may have had.
