I have had the greatest experience with Keffer Hyundai in leasing a new Elantra this past week !   It was over the phone that the transaction took place with Rick Spicer and Glenn Hildreth.   I live in Ocean Isle Beach NC and they were very, very helpful in every aspect of leasing.  On top of that.....they even delivered my new car to me!    Talk about excellent service!   Hats off to Rick and Glenn....your the best!   Thank you !

My sales person was actually Mario Santoro. He was assisted by Glenn Hildreth. I thought that Mario was an excellent salesman. he was very low key and didn't try to force me into anything i didn't want. I have been driving and owned hondas for a very long time. i looked at the honda this year since mine was now 10 years old. I oviously also looked at the hyundai. after seeing the 2011 Elantra LTD. and driving it, I spoke with  both Mario & Glenn. Needless to say they made me an offer i couldn't refuse and I bought the first 2011 in Charlotte. Keffer really wants to sell cars, they were not only much better in price for my new car but for my trade in as well.

When I got in my Hyundai Santa Fe this afternoon to head to the store, my check engine "ESC off" lights were on. I called your store immediately and talked with Glenn. He was extremely nice and showed his concern for my situation. He advised me to call the Hyundai towing service and that he would have the service department take a look at my vehicle on Monday. I asked Glenn if a loaner car would be provided. He said that the service department was closed but he would do what he could to locate a loaner for me. Glenn advised me later that he had a loaner for me and that I could pick it up today. Once I arrived at your dealership, Glenn provided me with my loaner car and reassured me my issue would be addressed first thing Monday morning. My experience with the towering service and with Glenn was very good. I felt that it was Glenn's goal to help me with my situation and that I feel comfortable through the entire process.
