I have always been a Toyota car owner (30 years) and someone said - GO TO KEFFER HYUNDAI... I came home with an awesome car - awesome price - and most of all - awesome people.  I went in to start looking for a car and Dustin made it easy. . . The Sales Manager, John St. George was so friendly and accommodating, as was Glenn Hildreth.  I was approached several times to make sure all was okay and with a very tight budget I was certain I wouldn't get the car I wanted and I DID!  I left there realizing I will definitely go back to this dealership and have already told several people in my workplace what a pleasant experience it was!  Thank you Dustin, Glenn and John and all your staff!

I have worked for Toyota since 1995 and have pretty much owned Toyota's since I can remember.  I never would have thought that I would ever find myself on a Hyundai car lot due to my dedication to Toyota and the product.  The past several months I have been eyeing the Hyundai Sonata and decided to stop by to test drive the vehicle since it was time for a new one.  I was coming out of a full size Toyota Avalon and thought the Sonata was going to be way to small for my liking due to its sporty frame.  To my surprise, the Sonata was very roomy and is a very sleek and classy vehicle.  The trunk was bigger than my Avalon!  For the price and features that I have in my new 2011 Sonata, it blows away the Toyota Camry, which would be it's comparison, in all aspects!

On my visit to the dealership, I made an acquaintance with salesman, Mr. Dustin Speights and I am so glad I did!! Dustin went out of his way in a personable manner to help me with the vehicle I was interested in. He really put a lot of effort in making me feel comfortable, especially being a female shopping alone for a vehicle, and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. Keffer Hyundai should be grateful to have Dustin as a member of their staff.  He followed up with me after my purchase to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and to see if there was anything else he could assit with.

Dustin was so responsive to our questions and interests that we drove from Chapel Hill to Charlotte to buy from him.  He was quite attentive when we arrived and made sure we were 100% happy.  He was patient with all of us (my husband, my 11-year old, and me), which of course all had different priories from how to set-up Bluetooth with our cell phones to how to find Disney on the satellite radio.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Genesis coupe from Keffer Hyundai and it was a pleasure working with Dustin as he is a sales professional. I can't say enough about the entire sales team as they excellent. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car go to Keffer Hyundai and look up Dustin.

Purchased my SECOND car in 12 months from Keffer Hyundai this past week.  The pre-owned SUV was for my daughter (her first car) and again as it was with my NEW Hyundai purchase, everything went as expected, as promised and as desired.

Dustin was very helpful and efficient and delivered on all promises.  Dustin could not have done a better job.  I interacted with management and finance departments for paperwork as I did during the new car purchase and they performed just as they did a year ago- first rate.  I worked with Michael Hooper (again a fantastic representative of Keffer) on the new car purchase and the Sonata is performing just as my FIRST Hyundai did several years back which would be flawlessly.  I log about 25k miles per year in my cars for work so that affords me many chances throughout the year to have the oil changed and therefore visit the service department and I can also tell you that Vince in service and the entire department again, perform at the top level each and every time.

It's simple.  The first Hyundai was a great car and value so I returned.  Hooper was great and the Sonata and having it serviced is great so I returned for the pre-owned car.  That car is a great value and Dustin did a great job (as did the assisting departments) so I will return again for sure. 

I have purchased cars in many dealerships in Charlotte over the years and honestly few consistently deliver as these folks do.  I would prefer to get Keffer Hyundai to go out and find whatever it was I was looking for (that was if they didn't already have it) and have me buy it from them than to consider dealing elsewhere.

Go to Keffer.  Buy a Hyundai.  If you really think another brand is better (and I'd challenge you it is not) then buy that vehicle pre-owned from them.    

Dustin was honest and it was pleasant experience to buy a car.

November 19,2010 will be another milestone for my husband and I. This is the day my husband and Dustin made my dream of a new car come true. Dustin and the sales team worked with us and made us a deal we couldn't possibly turn down.  We went in just looking and had found a very nice pre-owned and walked out with a brand new Elantra GLS. I've never had a new car ever so the very idea of this occuring never was a thought. We thank Keffer Hyundai of Matthews for everything they did for us and believe us when we say that all of our friends are making their way to them for their new dreams to come to life. I just wanted to say thanks to you and Dusty for working with Kris and I on the new Sonata.  I have to say that overall it was the best car buying experience to date.  In the past I have purchased new cars from High School friends in the business here in Wilmington that were general managers for example and you guys just blew them all away.  I have purchased several cars from Jeff Gordon Chevrolet here in Wilmington for example but feel like I got a better deal with you guys than I had been a 3rd time buyer with JG Chevy.  So I wanted to thank you both again and please send this note to Dustin and on up to the GM for that matter.  It was such a nice experience and the proof was in my wife's reaction when she hugged you!  She has never had a good experience in a Car Dealership and your team broke the bad cycle with her so that was fantastic.  Sincerely thanks for making our trip from Southport to Charlotte to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata well worth the time and effort and we absolutely love the car!
