Excellent Buying Experience! 5 out of 5 stars! After carefully doing my research on a variety of hybrids on the market, I decided to come test drive and focus my search on the 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I called the dealership but the vehicles were not available on the market yet. But a week later, Crystal Cranford called me back telling me the 2012's had arrived right off the truck, and she promptly scheduled my test drive with no pressure, to see if I even liked it. She gave me all the insight to buying a hybrid, since I never had owned one. She was very professional, knew all about the vehicle, took her time to show me all the features, technology, and comparisons & packages. I took her on an in depth test drive, because I completely wanted to test the braking, acceleration and functionality of the car, which she didn't mind (Hope I didn't make her sick driving LOL). She let me take the car through the paces and test drive it with my wife and 2 year old to make sure it was a good fit. She was patient to let me install a car seat into my test drive. (LOL, thanks for being patient with a dad, Crystal). But Crystal and Keffer was professional and very nice throughout the entire buying process. Didn’t feel any real preasure, more of that southern hospitality charm which is needed at many places today. More of a professional, no rush, and let’s just have a conversation about what you need and what you are looking for in a new car, style buying experience. They gave me good deal on my trade in, and earned my business through answering my questions, and helping me, and I put them to the test testing their knowledge, which they did know their stuff and specs of the vehicle. (I've been to dealers where I knew 80 times more than the sales person about the car, which isn't good). So Crystal was very knowledgeable, walked me through all aspects of the car, including the warranty and the hybrid battery warranty that was implemented on the 2012 hybrids this year. Overall, Crystal and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate me in my buying experience, and worked with me, and helped work with me on a good deal, good price and the car with all the featured I specified. So I thank Keffer for that. You are a great dealership, and you can feel that aura right when you walk in (unlike other dealers, where you get stares or get surged like a flock of seagulls). Keffer is clean, tidy, modern and everyone was kind from the moment I walked in the door, down to the receptionist by the front door. It’s the people that make the difference! Keffer has some good quality people for sure! One thing I do commend Keffer on, is not putting the silly logo right on the back tailgate like Bob Mayberry does, YUCK, I can’t stand that. Keffer does a classy license plate frame, and kept it clean, no horrible badge-ing of cars (well not on mine), so keep that up, keep is classy don’t put horrible badge-ing on your cars. Just drive around town and look at the Bob Mayberry sonatas, they look horrible, because of the HUGE Bob Mayberry logo slapped to the back. Keffer, keep it classy J ! Keffer is very professional down to the finest detail, and I commend you for that. Another tip, was they took me on a tour of the service department and showed me around the dealership, so they want a relationship, which is good (Other dealers keep you away from the service department, but I was impressed they showed it to me). I will be back in a few years, to purchase another one!! Thanks so much for the wonderful buying experience. If you need a good sale person who is smart, will go the extra mile for you and a pleasure to work with Crystal is awesome, so I highly recommend her! Thanks!!

we bought our first hyundai from keffer on fed 2007 from phil rollins.it was great just what car buying should be.we drove the santa fe home that nightvery happy indeed.we kept our santa fe for 4yrs and 57000 mile later we wanted a veracruz.we had talked to niles about 4mths ago and at time we were not sure if we would get the same service we did back in 07.boy was i ever wrong. on oct 6th tis year i took my santa fe in for a service trip. when venie who is also grest told me he didnot have a loaner, then the magic happen. Niles walked up to me and remberd exactiy whta we wanted white veracruiz.he let me drive it to lunch and my wife fell in love with it. now to the best part.Cristel shes is great just like it should be.She had already had the deal worked out when i got back. With everything we wanted encludeing the sunroof.all we had to do was sign the papers.Yes if they stay like this we will back. love Crystel and Niles good work guys keep it up.
