It would be hard for me to choose just one person for my review simply because when I arrived I had  no intentions of leaving in a new car. However I encounter Niles Bunting first and explained my situation. He immediately went to work and found me another car...He then introduced me to Jimmy Knox..who I must say did an awesome job. I must also include the other staff that I encountered on that day...Bob Ernsberger is a very friendly and helpful salesman. He has gone out of his way to help me. Luke Fusco, what can I say he worked it out this time. Thanks a million Luke. And then there was Seth Webb, He had a wonderful personality he made my paperwork signing easy. Great car buying experience with Dustin and all of the Keffer staff!  I had decided to get another vehicle, and after doing research on dealerships had decided to start at Keffer.  Already picked out the 2009 Santa Fe I was wanting from Keffer's excellent website, and was just going in to test drive/purchase it.  Dustin showed me the SUV, we  took it for a quick test drive, and started the process.  I think it took a total of 2 hours to complete the deal.  Will tell everyone I know to start their car buying experience at Keffer!

What a great experience.  I just purchased a 2012 Santa Fe and my first experience with Keffer was wonderful.  Scott Cramblitt walked me through each level offered and once out on a test drive explained everything to me and found me the exact vehicle that I was looking for.  After the purchase Scott spent time with me to again explain all of my car options, set up the blue tooth and make sure I was well informed driving off of the lot.  He again followed up after I'd had the car a few days - nice to see great customer service.  I'd recommend Scott to anyone looking for a Santa Fe - he's the best.

we bought our first hyundai from keffer on fed 2007 from phil rollins.it was great just what car buying should be.we drove the santa fe home that nightvery happy indeed.we kept our santa fe for 4yrs and 57000 mile later we wanted a veracruz.we had talked to niles about 4mths ago and at time we were not sure if we would get the same service we did back in 07.boy was i ever wrong. on oct 6th tis year i took my santa fe in for a service trip. when venie who is also grest told me he didnot have a loaner, then the magic happen. Niles walked up to me and remberd exactiy whta we wanted white veracruiz.he let me drive it to lunch and my wife fell in love with it. now to the best part.Cristel shes is great just like it should be.She had already had the deal worked out when i got back. With everything we wanted encludeing the sunroof.all we had to do was sign the papers.Yes if they stay like this we will back. love Crystel and Niles good work guys keep it up.

I moved to Charlotte, NC from Hollywood, California about a month ago and I had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Department at Keffer Hyundai and I was treated better than ever. I really had fun giving them my money, now how many times can you say that? I'm a customer for life!

I left Keffer Hyundai this afternoon a happy new car owner. Chip Conely did an excellent job in helping close the deal while meeting my financial limitations. He was extremely knowledgebale and courteous during the whole process. I also feel I was sold a good quality automobile even though I was not sure entering the premises if i was actually going to buy a car that day. I will seriously think about Keffer Hyundai when it comes time for my next vehicle purchase.

Best service I have EVER had at a dealership. Vince made me feel welcomed and took care of me immediately. I had an 11:30 appointment and drove away at 12:30. Not bad for a dealer. No pressure to sell me anything else. I have two Elantras, a 2011 and a 2012 and plan to bring the other one in for service tomorrow.

It would be nice if they vaccumed out the inside. Just a suggestion.

I was disappointed with how I was treated with my car buying experience with him this time. I felt as though I could have been treated just a little better than I was. My actual salesman Phil Robbins was awesome. This was the second car I purchased from Keffer. And I felt as thought it could have went quicker than two days.

Chip is phenomenal!  We went in with unique situation and he handled it completely well.  His knowledge of the products was amazing.  i have never experienced a salesman that knows as much about all of their products as Chip.  Not only did he tirelessly work to help us in our situation, but spent the time to go over each and every one of the extras on the car.  He was completely thorough in every area.  I have never had a great experience at a car dealership and Chip made this experience worth repeating.  I would certainly go back to Keffer for any future car needs.  Thanks Chip for everything and especially taking so much time with us on your birthday!

at 12:40am (1 hr. later!) I personally had to find a service man, and ask the status of my vehicle.

come to find out, my vehicle was completed, but the paper work was put on a desk where no service man was at! ( who knows how long I might have been there sitting and waiting, if I hadn't asked!!! )

Wow! another person that gave great service. I have to say if Keffer continue to produce this much professional behavior soon everyone would just buy because of the great customer service that has been shown. All I can say is awesome service JB represented Keffer Hyundai in the way it should be. My whole experience at Keffer was perfect.   I would not have changed a thing.  Other dealerships seemed to be playing the usual games and I just wanted a straight answer.  I was able to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for.  James Brown has been wonderful to work with and he is so patient.  He had to go over how everything worked several times before I got it - each time he was as patient as the first time.  I also noticed the whole staff was happy and upbeat.  The car is a dream too!!

the long wait while the sales person pretends to argue with the sales manager to get 50 dollars more taken off the price

the greasy sales manager bullying you

the need to hurry home to shower after you finally get out of the joint

So that is what I came in expecting.

But to my surprise Chip Conley strolled over, asked if I'd like to drive the car I was looking at....no pressure, no pitch.

We talked.  Some car talk, but also family, football and other things that you talk about with a friend.

After my first visit I knew I liked the Hyundai and more importanty I liked Chip.  

I bought from Chip. He was great.  In fact the whole staff was top-notch.  Organized and accomodating, a well oiled machine.

When you go to Keffer, and you should if you are going to buy a Hyundai, look for the tallest guy in the place, Chip Conley.  Tell 'em what you want, then sit back and let him work his magic.  

Flatter him.  Tell 'em you watched him play basketball at Belmont Abbey.

Thank you Again Chip! I came into the lot on a whim...it was over 100 degrees outside an thought I'd check to see what Hyundai had in the pre-ownered selection. I was in the market for a truck and had a specific budget in mind. Chip didn't insult my intelligence, by showing me other alternatives. He listened and showed me the few trucks and cars that were in my price range. He responded to my inquires. He could have easily ditched me to peruse the lot on my own with the heat the way it was...but he didn't!  Eventhough you had some GREAT pre-owned cars in my qualifications. I chose to go with a Certified Pre-Owned. He helped me find one close to my price range. Now I have no transportation worries...and a great car to boot!

We test-drove a Sonata Hybrid with Josh in June, telling him that we only wanted to drive that day, that we were shopping around and not interested in hearing about financing. He was fine with that, not pushy in the least. We told him what color/options we would be interested in discussing further; he assured us he'd email us when such a car arrived. Until the car arrived, over a month later, Josh left us alone--exactly what we wanted. I contacted him a few times, just to ask about why it was taking so long. (Evidently, the hybrid was selling fast and Hyundai didn't make all that many.) He seemed to understand that we were not susceptible to the hard sell. After we bought the car--after quite a bit of negotiation with the sales manager--Josh was quite thorough and helpful in introducing us to its features.

I have brought my vehicle to Keffer on many occasions and on each of them have been helped by Mariann in the service department. She provides excellent service and always has a warm and positive attitude towards anyone that comes in. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for maintance and look forward to working with Mariann again.

I've bought many cars in the last 20 years and this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.  I will not hesitate to recommend Kiefer Hundyai to anyone and everyone I know.

Tom was very helpful and patient while we researched our options in this market. Keffer was our first visit and Tom showed us a number of vehicles, though we were pretty sure we wanted something in the Tucson class. Over a number of weeks we drove nearly everything in this class of vehicles and Tom was one of only a few that listened to us: we told everyone at the outset we were not going to buy until we had done our research. Nearly every other dealer/salesman we spoke with hounded us with calls trying to sell their product. Not Tom. A salesman that actually listens to a customer and respects their wishes is a rare commodity these days.

For this reason, we returned to Tom when we were ready to purchase, once we determined that the Tucson was what we wanted. We are most happy with the new Tucson and with Tom's professionalism. A totally enjoyable buying experience, even though we did not end up with the specific vehicle I thought I wanted (not Tom's fault - he tried, just not available anywhere!)

Next time we need a vehicle, Tom's desk will be our first stop.

I have been a customer of Keffer dealerships since 1997.  I have always found these dealerships to be way above the average!  Keffer Hyundai is no exception.  I leanred that a 2010 Hyundai R-Spec had arrived at the dealership and when I arrived I was greeted by Chip Conley. 

I explained that I was there to see the R-Spec and my sales person was Seth Webb.  Chip immediately had Seth pageed and learned to that Seth was assisting another customer with the purchase of a new Hyundai.  Chip offered to assist me until Seth was available, and I declined because I didn't want to tie him up on the sales floor and was willing to wait for Seth to finish withn his customer. 

Chip spoke with Seth and Seth asked him to show me the car and go with me on a test drive.  Needless to say, the car was all I expected it to be and then some!  We worked up a deal and Seth and Chip coolaborated and made the deal happen.

I am now the prooud owner of one of the most awesome cars EVER!

July 4th weekend I was out to buy a car  and driving across independence blvd I decided to stop at KefferHyundai. I was a very please with the service. Jimmy was great. He was very professional, friendly and patient. I told him what I wanted and my price range and he stayed within that range. It must of took 4hrs for me to make a descision and entire he was very pleasant and patient. He made me feel like he valued my business and that I was only one that mattered at the present time and that meant a lot to me.

I purchased a Lexus from Chip on July 21st.  He greeted me warmly, answered all my questions honestly and was a total professional.  The sales process seemed very transparent from the carfax to other information about the vehicle.  He quickly processed the necessary paperwork, and politely carried the conversation while I waited over 35 minutes for the Sales Manager. 

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasum that I am writing to congratulate Nile Bunting professional atributes.  His competence and business ethics are exemplary.  During the time my wife Janet and my daughter Shannon and I spent with Niles, his personality is delightful and he is freindly in a sincere and caring way.  I have enormous respect for his skills as a salesman for Keffer Hyundai.  We ended up buying 2 cars from Niles.  We have already told several of our freinds about our experience.

I love my new Sonata! My overall experience with Keffer was nothing short of excellent. James was great! It was after closing time when all the paperwork was finally finished and James took the time while standing in the rain to go over all the necessary details of operating my new car. Well I don't know where to begin, it started about a month ago, not knowing  where to go, I Google, Hyundai dealers in Charlotte got your site. I needed to get a reliable car for my daughter Becki, She had a Hyundai which has been good to us for the pass 4 years.I wanted to stay with the same brand of car. I did contact other dealers in the area, but your sales rep. Jimmy Knox shined, over all the rest of the sales reps. that had responded back to me. Not knowing he had only been with Keffer Hyundai for a short time before us buying Becki's car, he made the dealing  smother than any other sale person that I ever had to deal with and  there was no BS. I have bought about 7 vehicles in the pass. Being out of state I never thought I was ever taking advantage of. Every need or question that I had was answered or complied with. Being in Connecticut, and my daughter going to school in Charlotte, It's nice to know that Keffer Hyundai strives for excellence and I can count on a dealership to take care of her car needs. That takes a lot of worries away for my wife and I. I loved how your team at Keffer works together as one,  working in service all my life I know how important that is. I hate to go car shopping. After looking for a new car all weekend, we stopped by Keffer just to look.  As soon as we pulled in, I could tell this place was different.  As soon as we got out of the car and started looking at the new cars, we were approached by Josh Goodin.  He is awesome!!!  We told him what we were looking for and next thing we knew we were test driving what turned out to be our new car.  Josh explained everything and answered all of our questions.  Next time we buy a car, Josh will be our first visit!!

Well I was very impressed with Jimmy Knox. I been talking with him for about a month on my situation. He was not pushy, he was pleasant and very informative on any questions that I may have had. My daughter and I want to thank Jimmy and the Keffer Team on the deal we where able to agree upon. There was no BS on the dealings with the sale. I bought a brand new 2011 Hyundai Tuscon for my 19 year old daughter. I wanted to get in and out in as little time as possible with a great deal and no haggling. I asked Scott for his best price and he gave it to me which was $500.00 less than any other dealership that I spoke to. He was very professional and great to work with. It really made the whole car buying process easy and enjoyable. I will be buying my next Hyundai from Scott. This is my third Hyundai. You can't beat the styling and quality and price.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Jimi Knox was an ELEVEN (11).  No pressure (which i really like) and frankly the best experience I've had purchasing a car.  Very informative, communicated quickly and the ulitimate professional.  A real gentleman.

I had a great experience all the way around. Once I  bought my car my husband loved it so much he bought one. Then when our daughter needed a car we didn't have to think about it. Now we own 4 vehicles form Keefer. They made the entire experience easy and without pressure. We also get our cars serviced here and we are treated wonderfully. I usually don't enjoy the car buying process but with them it is almost effortless. Everyone has been kind to us and treated us great. They truly appreciated our business and take every effort to show it.

I probably would have given the total experience 4 1/2 stars but that wasn't an option ... and the good service I received from my salesman Josh Goodin led me to make this a 5 rather than a 4.

I've bought two new Hyundais at Keffer since February. Josh is a courteous, dedicated salesperson who works hard to help you get the car you want.

On my first purchase, a 2011 Santa Fe, I already had the vehicle and price chosen because I asked their manager over the phone to match a competitor. So it was a very easy deal to complete.

On my most recent purchase, a 2012 Accent, I had a car to trade and there was a little more back-and-forth than I'd have liked. I ultimately got what I considered a fair price, but not before I had to threaten to leave the dealership. Because of this, I spent about an hour more doing the deal than I'd have liked.

All in all, however, given the fun-as-root-canal feeling that are most car-buying experiences, my purchases at Keffer went well.

What a great experience we had at Keffer Hyundai!  Scott Cramblett was able to answer any questions we threw at him.  He was professional and very courtious.  I'd recommend him to any of my friends and family!  Thanks Scott!
