Vince has been my service advisor for several years now and has always looked out for my best interests.  He has recommended services when appropriate and has also encouraged me to defer items that did not need replacing.  Overall, my experience with Vince has been exceptional and I would encourage others to ask for Vince for their service needs. 

He will ensure your appointment is kept on time and find a way to work you in (for those critical situations).  I appreciate and value of his advice and thank him for being honest and informative on every visit.

 Keffer HYUNDAI has been the best experience for our family in buying a new car. The sales staff, especially Glen, confirms our satisfaction with our Sonata every time he sees me in the service area. It means a lot and I believe thay really care and do not forget you after selling the car to you. They make you feel like your car is like their own. The service department with the leader-ship of service director (Shawn) has been the most helpful and satisfactory experience I have ever had in going to a dealership service since buying my first new car (BMW) more than 20 years ago. I have recommended Keffer Hyundai to my neighbors and I am proued to say that two of them have bought their Hyundai from Keffer and I believe they are as satisfied and happy with their purcahase and service experience as I am.

Chip Connely and the whole team at Keffer Hyundai definitely go out of their way to provide excellent service.  They were much more curtious, friendly, and helpful than any other car dealer I visted while shopping around town.  I'm thrilled with my new 2012 Elantra, and could not have asked for a better car-buying experience!!!

Best service I have EVER had at a dealership. Vince made me feel welcomed and took care of me immediately. I had an 11:30 appointment and drove away at 12:30. Not bad for a dealer. No pressure to sell me anything else. I have two Elantras, a 2011 and a 2012 and plan to bring the other one in for service tomorrow.

It would be nice if they vaccumed out the inside. Just a suggestion.

Had a appoitment at 11:30am for oil change, and was given a time of 35 min.

at 12:40am (1 hr. later!) I personally had to find a service man, and ask the status of my vehicle.

come to find out, my vehicle was completed, but the paper work was put on a desk where no service man was at! ( who knows how long I might have been there sitting and waiting, if I hadn't asked!!! )
