Vince has been my service advisor for several years now and has always looked out for my best interests.  He has recommended services when appropriate and has also encouraged me to defer items that did not need replacing.  Overall, my experience with Vince has been exceptional and I would encourage others to ask for Vince for their service needs. 

He will ensure your appointment is kept on time and find a way to work you in (for those critical situations).  I appreciate and value of his advice and thank him for being honest and informative on every visit.

Scott Cramblitt is the best sales person at Keffer Hyundai and the best sales person we have experienced across many different Hyundai dealerships (as well as other brands).  Scott provided evidence as to why we should be a Hyundai only household and backed it up with actual results.  Today, we only drive Hyundai cars.

We purchased 3 new Hyundai vehciles from Scott over the past 3 years and we keep coming back.  He has worked to ensure a simple, honest, and straightforward buying experience that you can trust.  He is also there after the sale to ensure everything is working as promised.  

We are looking forward to our next Hyundai purchase (how many car buyers can say that?).

Both Niles and Joe provided me with an outstanding sales experience while buying a new Sonata.  There was a wide variety of models to choose from and we found one that fit my needs perfectly.  The negotiation process was the best I have ever experienced when purchasing new cars.   I genuinely felt all of us were in for a win - win solution and no high pressure.  Niles has provided extremely supportive post sales support and is already developing a relationship that I feel confident in making future referrals to the dealership and Niles as a salesperson.

I have worked for Toyota since 1995 and have pretty much owned Toyota's since I can remember.  I never would have thought that I would ever find myself on a Hyundai car lot due to my dedication to Toyota and the product.  The past several months I have been eyeing the Hyundai Sonata and decided to stop by to test drive the vehicle since it was time for a new one.  I was coming out of a full size Toyota Avalon and thought the Sonata was going to be way to small for my liking due to its sporty frame.  To my surprise, the Sonata was very roomy and is a very sleek and classy vehicle.  The trunk was bigger than my Avalon!  For the price and features that I have in my new 2011 Sonata, it blows away the Toyota Camry, which would be it's comparison, in all aspects!


On my visit to the dealership, I made an acquaintance with salesman, Mr. Dustin Speights and I am so glad I did!! Dustin went out of his way in a personable manner to help me with the vehicle I was interested in. He really put a lot of effort in making me feel comfortable, especially being a female shopping alone for a vehicle, and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. Keffer Hyundai should be grateful to have Dustin as a member of their staff.  He followed up with me after my purchase to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and to see if there was anything else he could assit with.


Besides Dustin, all of the staff that I met at the dealership were extremely friendly and helpful in making my experience at Keffer Hyundai a very pleasant one!

We have been thrilled with our relationship with Keffer Hyundai.  We've had several of the different models and a minimum of 2 a piece for each member of our family.  We've been thrilled with the quality and reliability of all of them.  We wouldn't consider buying anything else at this point.  They are definitely a ton of car for the money.  Also, the staff has been great to work with.  Tom Mills in particular who has helped us each time with our purchase.  He has gone out of his way to make sure we get the exact, specific car we want each time.  Keffer makes the car buying experience something not to be dreaded.   I recommend them every chance I get.
