Chip was the ultimate professional.  Several times he answered my questions with (if we are fortunate enough to earn your business) then answer the question and if he didn't know the answer we had it in record time.  I felt good about the car, the sales experience and the dealership in general.  My wife and I purchased the used Santa Fe and left the dealership totally amazed at the level of service provided to us.  Even the financial process went smoothly with no high pressure sales pitch to buy extended warranties, etc.  I was a Honda man until I saw the Hyundai's in action.  If you want to buy a car see Chip!  You won't be sorry.
