I have never been treated so well at any Dealership or sales representative than Keffer Hyundai and Chip Conley! I originally had visited Lake Norman Hyundai in Cornelius, due to the fact that it was closer to my home, but after the unprofessional way I was treated there, I sent an email to Chip and immediately received a caring and professional response to my needs. I visited Keffer Hyundai and immediately felt comfortable with Chip and the GM JB. I was in market for a new Azera, but Chip and JB worked to present me with the best situation to help me get out of my trade and into a vehicle that would best suit my financial needs. I am now the proud owner of a FULLY LOADED Genesis sedan and I feel like a millionaire when I drive this car. Absolutely incredible Dealership, salesman, GM and vehicle! I am a customer for life. 

My whole experience at Keffer was perfect.   I would not have changed a thing.  Other dealerships seemed to be playing the usual games and I just wanted a straight answer.  I was able to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for.  James Brown has been wonderful to work with and he is so patient.  He had to go over how everything worked several times before I got it - each time he was as patient as the first time.  I also noticed the whole staff was happy and upbeat.  The car is a dream too!!

I reommend this dealership and James Brown to anyone looking for a car!
