I can't say Thank You enough to everyone that helped me out getting a car. I was in a very difficult situation, and they helped me out tremendously. Everyone was so friendly, and extremely helpful and understanding. They really know what they're doing, and I just wanted to say again how much I appreciated all of their help. When the JB, the Sales Manager called us to let us know they were having a difficult time finding the exact car we wanted, we were a little disappointed.  But then he was excited to let us know he just received three 2013 model vehicles that had everything we were looking for but just not in the color we wanted.  When we hurried to the dealership, the 2013 Desert Bronze Elantra with black interior was beautiful.  Chip was very helpful, patient and I believe he even stayed later in the evening than he wanted to so he could be sure we knew how all the instruments in the car worked.  We will certainly send referrals and if ever in the market for another car, wouldn't hesitate to go back to Keffer and visit Chip!!

Marriann Taylor is the best. She has helped answer questions and is very pleasant to deal with.

They were ALL great. My wife worked for a auto dealership for 5 years in customer relations and she has nothing but praise for the way everyone worked together to make the deal an enjoyable one. We will recommend Chip, Glenn, and Cheryl in Keffer Hyundai on Independence Blvd to anyone that is looking to buy a car. The car that we bought was a 2009 Hyundai Sonata and it drives and is as comfortable as a 2011. We love it and it was exceptionally clean inside and outside.

Best service I have EVER had at a dealership. Vince made me feel welcomed and took care of me immediately. I had an 11:30 appointment and drove away at 12:30. Not bad for a dealer. No pressure to sell me anything else. I have two Elantras, a 2011 and a 2012 and plan to bring the other one in for service tomorrow.

It would be nice if they vaccumed out the inside. Just a suggestion.

Jimmy was great. Not pushy but very helpful.

I purchased a Lexus from Chip on July 21st.  He greeted me warmly, answered all my questions honestly and was a total professional.  The sales process seemed very transparent from the carfax to other information about the vehicle.  He quickly processed the necessary paperwork, and politely carried the conversation while I waited over 35 minutes for the Sales Manager. 

I probably would have given the total experience 4 1/2 stars but that wasn't an option ... and the good service I received from my salesman Josh Goodin led me to make this a 5 rather than a 4.

I've bought two new Hyundais at Keffer since February. Josh is a courteous, dedicated salesperson who works hard to help you get the car you want.

On my first purchase, a 2011 Santa Fe, I already had the vehicle and price chosen because I asked their manager over the phone to match a competitor. So it was a very easy deal to complete.

On my most recent purchase, a 2012 Accent, I had a car to trade and there was a little more back-and-forth than I'd have liked. I ultimately got what I considered a fair price, but not before I had to threaten to leave the dealership. Because of this, I spent about an hour more doing the deal than I'd have liked.

All in all, however, given the fun-as-root-canal feeling that are most car-buying experiences, my purchases at Keffer went well.

Josh Goodin was the salesperson that we dealt with at Keffer and he was excellent.  Very informative and in no way "pushy"--we could not be more pleased with our experience in purchasing our Sonata.  Josh went over everything concerning the instrument panel and all the different features of the car.  Would not hesitate and have already recommended Josh to friends that are thinking of purchasing a Hyundai.  Love my car!!!

I have always been a Toyota car owner (30 years) and someone said - GO TO KEFFER HYUNDAI... I came home with an awesome car - awesome price - and most of all - awesome people.  I went in to start looking for a car and Dustin made it easy. . . The Sales Manager, John St. George was so friendly and accommodating, as was Glenn Hildreth.  I was approached several times to make sure all was okay and with a very tight budget I was certain I wouldn't get the car I wanted and I DID!  I left there realizing I will definitely go back to this dealership and have already told several people in my workplace what a pleasant experience it was!  Thank you Dustin, Glenn and John and all your staff!
