It is with great pleasure and enthusiasum that I am writing to congratulate Nile Bunting professional atributes.  His competence and business ethics are exemplary.  During the time my wife Janet and my daughter Shannon and I spent with Niles, his personality is delightful and he is freindly in a sincere and caring way.  I have enormous respect for his skills as a salesman for Keffer Hyundai.  We ended up buying 2 cars from Niles.  We have already told several of our freinds about our experience.

Saturday, April 16th, after test driving a 2007 Azera which I was considering buying from a private dealer; I happened to run into your service manager Chuck at a restaurant we stopped into for lunch.  Divine intervention I'd say.  We asked Chuck several questions about the vehicle.  He was very accomodating and offered to do an inspection for me prior to  making a firm committment on the car.  Monday I called the dealership and made an appointment to come by.  I spoke with Linda on the phone and at the work place.  I had the understanding the inspection would be free of charge but found I was mistaken.  The inspection would be done but there is a charge which I agreed to pay.  Once Chuck learned I was there, both he and Linda approached me.  They offered to do the inspection free of charge.  They just wante me to be comfortable with my decision to purchase a Hyundai.  In all my years of dealing with different dealerships, I have never had such a pleasant experience.  Both Linda and Chuck went above and beyond in my opinion.  They really understand customer service, which is a lost art these days.  I will definately pass on my experience to every one.  Thank you both Linda and Chuck... May GOD bless you both as you were an answered prayer.
