Dustin was so responsive to our questions and interests that we drove from Chapel Hill to Charlotte to buy from him.  He was quite attentive when we arrived and made sure we were 100% happy.  He was patient with all of us (my husband, my 11-year old, and me), which of course all had different priories from how to set-up Bluetooth with our cell phones to how to find Disney on the satellite radio.

We are already thinking about the next Hyundai we want to buy for my husband and would happily drive to Charlotte to work with Dustin again.  He far exceeded our expectations of the car-buying experience.
