My husband purchased a 2011 Sonata from another NC dealership.  He loves his Sonata but did not have a pleasant experience with the purchase.  In fact, it was so miserable, we wrote Hyundai and voiced our concerns.  We decided to look at a different Hyundai model for me at Keffer Hyundai.  After side by side comparison, we both decided we liked the Sonata better so, even though we dreaded the sales process, we talked with a sales associate, Josh Goodin.  I have to say the process was actually painless.  Josh was a fantastic listener and worked diligently to make sure we arrived at a "deal" we were happy with.  It has been 3 months since we purchased our new Sonata and I have remained thrilled with the sales experience and the vehicle!  Thanks Josh!
