Bob Ernsberger was very patient and informative when it came to helping me pick my new car and getting the best deal possible.  Car shopping with a newborn is a process  I dreaded, but everyone at Keffer Hyundai was very helpful.  I definitely recommend this dealership to others.  They truly show they care for their customers!  

I purchased an Elantra in 2012 for my wife's use and Bob Ernsberger was our salesman then. I looked forward to returning to Keffer Hyundai, (to purchase a second Elantra!) and was very happy to be paired up with Bob again, in 2013. He was, and still is, courteous and pleasant. We had decided on a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe "Sport" and looked at several local Dealers around Asheville prior to making the decision to drive to Charlotte and buy from Keffer.  From the minute that we walked into the Dealership and met Chip Conley and JB Beckley, we knew that we had found the right Dealer.  Both Chip Conley, our Salesperson, and JB Beckley were exremely friendly, honest and professional.  They are the consummate professionals. While Keffer didn't have the exact Santa Fe that we wanted, they worked with Rick Spicer (extremely professional and helpful) to locate it.  In less than a week we had our new Santa Fe "Sport" and love it.  I am a car afficionado, have owned a lot of vehicles and have never had such a great experience. Peggy was also very helpful in explaining the various add-ons available, as was Bobby Ernsberger, Keffer's "Technology Guru", who meticulously set-up and explained all of the high tech features of our new Santa Fe.

I was dreading the car buying production as most do.  Not only was my experience not horrible, it was actually enjoyable.  Bob was extremely patient and my needs were truly his top priority.  I NEVER felt intimidated or strong armed in any way.  Everyone was friendly and always smiling.  Even those who weren't working with me took time out to chat with me. I will never buy a car anywhere else!

I recently bought a new Hyundai Hybrid Limted 2013.  Bob was the best saleman I have ever met.  He was very gentle and tried to listen what his customer want, so I enjoyed the conversion with him. Moreover, his son is a good supporter of him. His son also very gentle and has good knowledge about new technologies on Hyundai cars.    I'm a member of Costco and I decided to try their auto buying service.   Keffer Hyundai was on their list of authorised dealers. I walked in off the street and asked to see a salesperson and did I luck out when I was introduced to Bob Ernsberger.  He took my Costco card, gave me the prearraged price for a Sonata and informed me of all the available discounts and financing options.  It was the best car buying experiance I ever had.  I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a Hyundai see BOB ERNBERGER at Keffer and, in fact, I have already done so.  He works hard getting you the best deal and makes sure you are happy with your new car.
