We had previously purchased two new hyundai elantras from Keffer with Tom Mills as our salesperson so when our daughter totaled our '03 elantra we went back to Tom for a replcement. He went above and beyound to help us in our search. We did purchase a used car with his help and can't thank him enough.

For many years we have believed that what we have always known as "customer service" no longer existed no matter what you were dealing with. We are pleased to find that especially with our sales person, Jimmy Knox, and everyone we dealt with at Keffer Hyundai we were able to experience a true sense of service again. Great car buying experience with Dustin and all of the Keffer staff!  I had decided to get another vehicle, and after doing research on dealerships had decided to start at Keffer.  Already picked out the 2009 Santa Fe I was wanting from Keffer's excellent website, and was just going in to test drive/purchase it.  Dustin showed me the SUV, we  took it for a quick test drive, and started the process.  I think it took a total of 2 hours to complete the deal.  Will tell everyone I know to start their car buying experience at Keffer!

Our salesperson was Chip Conleg and Glenn Hildreth was the sales manager and Cheryl Goode was the customer relations person. We have never dealt with a more professional group of people. They were ALL great. My wife worked for a auto dealership for 5 years in customer relations and she has nothing but praise for the way everyone worked together to make the deal an enjoyable one. We will recommend Chip, Glenn, and Cheryl in Keffer Hyundai on Independence Blvd to anyone that is looking to buy a car. The car that we bought was a 2009 Hyundai Sonata and it drives and is as comfortable as a 2011. We love it and it was exceptionally clean inside and outside.

 Keffer HYUNDAI has been the best experience for our family in buying a new car. The sales staff, especially Glen, confirms our satisfaction with our Sonata every time he sees me in the service area. It means a lot and I believe thay really care and do not forget you after selling the car to you. They make you feel like your car is like their own. The service department with the leader-ship of service director (Shawn) has been the most helpful and satisfactory experience I have ever had in going to a dealership service since buying my first new car (BMW) more than 20 years ago.
